Posts are the main support and the anchor holding your building to the ground.  Our default is to use a "green-post" made from 3-ply laminated columns with a thick tar coating and heavy plastic melted over the bottom five feet.   Not only will they stay straight for life - we guarantee they'll never rot!

Skimpy components make for a skimpy building.  Every screw and nail we put in your building meets or exceeds building codes.  A combination of heavy duty GRK fasteners, 3" coated screws, and abundant framing nails are just some of the details we use in your building ensuring it stays straight and upright no matter what storms come through town.  

Every roof truss in your building comes from quality manufacturers that build to engineered approved codes, specific to this region.  Our default truss layout is 4' OC spacing but we can engineer your building at 2' OC if you plan to hang drywall on the ceiling.  Attic trusses, vaulted trusses, and several options are available to make your building into exactly what suites your need. 

We use 28 or 26 guage top quality steel that is backed with a 40-year minimum color fade warranty.  Our Roof metal comes with a factory adhered moisture block called "Drip-stop".  We offer clear paneling in roofs and walls for daylight, standing seam roof metal, crinkle finish, and a variety of colors and trims. 

 The "ingredients" of a building are what truly matter.  Our commitment to our clients is that we don't skimp on the details.  We go above bare minimum building codes to ensure your building can weather storms, muscle the toughest of snow loads, and will be around for generations.
